Return Policy

At Imagen Latina, we specialize in custom printed products and edible items (sugar sheets, wafer paper, standard multi-purpose paper for gelatin transfers, edible images, and custom designs). Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or contains a printing error caused by us.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Please include:
- Your order number
- A photograph of the product received
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace the product at no additional cost.
Customized Products
Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges—unless the error is ours—as they are produced specifically according to the customer's instructions.
Return Costs
For approved cases (defective items), Imagen Latina covers the cost of the replacement. It is not necessary to return the product unless we specifically request it.
