Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom designs may require additional time depending on complexity.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship within the United States using the following carriers:
USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions (when available) apply automatically at checkout.
Shipping Areas We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages Imagelatina is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or seasonal volume. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you.
Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the package and product so we can assist with a replacement.
