Sugar paper is an excellent resource for decorating cookies or cupcakes quickly and with impressive results.
The images are not pre-cut but are easy to use, The sugar paper has a plastic backing sheet that can be cut out with regular scissors before or after removing the protective clear sheet which you will need to remove before using on your desserts, please note that the print colours may vary slightly from the colour on your screen to that of the print due to the edible inks and edible icing sheets used to create the toppers.
The edible image is printed with edible food ink on edible icing sheets, is gluten-free, and can be applied with royal icing, buttercream, fondant, or even store-bought icing or perhaps melted chocolate in some cases like Oreo cookies.
Storage
The edible leaf can stay fresh for up to 6 months as long as you keep it closed in the bag it was shipped in to prevent it from getting wet and air from getting inside the bag and it does not require refrigeration. It can be kept at room temperature without being exposed to sunlight for too long to prevent discoloration.
Shipping:
Your image is printed upon receipt of your order and can be shipped the same business day if your order is placed before 1:00pm Pacific Time (Los Angeles,Ca.) Monday through Friday excluding holidays where the post office is closed. All orders are shipped via USPS and standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail and can take 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping is USPS Priority Mail and can take 2-4 business days. Please try to take into account your shipping time so that you order without delays.
We are closed on Sundays, but I can follow up with your requests via message, and shipping will be done if you purchase the product by the next business day.
Please review and confirm your information before making your payment, as I am not responsible if your package is lost due to incomplete information.
Return or refund policy
Please ask any questions before purchasing to ensure you are happy with your prints.
Returns are not accepted for personalized items unless due to printing errors (incorrect name, wrong design, or different size than requested). If you wish to return the item for any of the above reasons, you will receive a refund as long as you send a photo showing the error.
Each product has its description (type of material, number of images per sheet, measurements and design) I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS if upon receiving your product you realize that you wanted something different and the error was because you did not read the product description well, since this is your responsibility.
In case of return of the product, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any loss of value if the item is not returned in its original condition, only if it was your responsibility otherwise you must contact me to reach a return agreement.
